Do I need to read Pre- and Post-Care instructions before booking?
Yes, all clients must review Pre- and Post-Care instructions before booking. This ensures your safety and the best treatment results.
Do I have to sign a consent form?
Yes. Consent forms are mandatory before any treatment and can be signed digitally or in-clinic.
Are packages refundable?
Packages are non-refundable once sessions have started. Rescheduling must follow our cancellation policy (24–48 hours’ notice).
How are weekend consultation fees deducted?
If you pay £10 for a weekend consultation, the amount is applied as credit to your first treatment or package.
Can I buy products and book treatments separately?
Yes. Products are purchased via Shopify.
Treatments are scheduled via Booking Beautiful.
